At Grounded Wellbeing, we hold several values that guide our interactions with the community. We value community, and believe in collective care for ourselves and each other. This requires both intentional & visible inclusion. We value in reclaiming, and that wellness isn't one- size-fits-all. Reclaiming wellness requires we take up space and do things differently. And lastly, we value compassion, and give ourselves and each other continuous compassion. We prioritize flexibility and seeing each other's humanity. Our group therapy offerings provide spaces were queer, trans, and gender expansive folx can find affirming and inclusive spaces to connect with the community, reclaim space, and receive compassion.
