TL;DR: If you are tired of replaying the same old stories in your life or relationships, I can provide an affirming and creative space to craft something new.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by relationship challenges? Are you struggling to find your place in the world? If you want a safe place to anchor where you can feel heard, understood, and protected, allow me to provide that for you. I specialize in helping people unpack social narratives that are not helpful to their identities or relationships.

You'll find me to be a little nerdy, a little humorous, and 100% passionate about making the world a better place. I enjoy working with folks in the queer, non-monogamous, and/or kink communities, but couples and individuals of all stripes have found benefit in deconstructing their assumptions about relationships and identity in sessions with me.

I primarily use narrative techniques and am guided by social constructionist and queer theories. In plain language, we will work to understand the stories we tell ourselves now and bring hope, joy, meaning, and ease into the next chapters. You can expect sessions with me to be as funky as you want – we may utilize music, art, role-play, geek culture, or movement as we explore and create. I also believe that therapy works best in community, so we can explore ways to expand the work of therapy beyond the four walls and fifty minutes of our session.

I tend to work with folks who are looking to improve their relationships, find their identity, or navigate major life transitions. If you've struggled to find your people or you need help reclaiming agency in your life, then let's work together to find your path forward!
